Today I made egg on toast for lunch. I poached two for me, and fried one for Cath. The fried one was fucking beautiful. You know how great looking food on a menu translates to piss poor looking food on your plate? This one wouldn't have looked so good. I wanted to laminated it for posterity. It should have been in the Tate Modern. I am King of Eggs. Bow down before me.
